Your Role
As Sales Manager DACH (Enterprise), you take responsibility for expanding factorymaker’s market presence in the German-speaking region. You acquire large industrial clients, build strategic C-level relationships, and lead complex enterprise deals through to successful closure. You work directly with the founding team and position factorymaker as a strategic partner for data-driven industrial operations and infrastructure optimization.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute an enterprise sales strategy for the DACH region

Identify, approach, and acquire industrial clients (manufacturing, logistics, infrastructure, real estate)

Independently manage the full sales pipeline from first contact to closing

Lead complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders (C-level, operations, engineering, innovation)

Conduct executive pitches and strategic workshops

Build long-term client relationships and manage key accounts

Collaborate closely with the product and founding team to refine market positioning and use cases

Own structured CRM management and sales forecasting
Requirements (Must-Haves)

5+ years of experience in B2B or enterprise sales, ideally in SaaS, tech, or industrial environments

Proven track record of closing six- or seven-figure deals

Experience selling to large industrial or infrastructure companies

Ability to strategically position complex technical solutions

Strong C-level stakeholder management skills

Structured and self-driven working style

Fluent German and English (negotiation level)

Willingness to travel within the DACH region
Nice-to-Have

Experience in industrial planning, construction, logistics, or manufacturing

Existing network within the DACH industrial sector

Experience building new markets or go-to-market structures

Understanding of AI, optimization, or design technologies

The minimum salary for this position is based on the Austrian collective agreement for employees in IT services (employment group ST2). A market-competitive overpayment is offered depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, we offer a performance- and success-based bonus system.
